书画家柏光林深耕书道多年，终日临池不辍。他在继承传统精髓的基础之上不断探索个人艺术语言，将人生阅历、思想感悟融入笔墨，作品气韵生动，格调高远。

柏光林，字景程，1938 年 12 月生江苏南京人，现为中国美术家协会会员，
中国收藏家协会会员、国家一级美术师网、入网画家、国家版权局注册画家，中华人民共和国杰出书画大师，国家一级工艺美术大师，中国国画院院士、联合国“国际艺术家协会”常务副会长、英国文化协会全球首席副会长、英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士、现任中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国书画名家研究会专职副会等。
2012 年与刘大为、范曾入编出版《艺术大师三人行》。
2013 年与刘大为、范曾、黄永玉等入编出版《新中国书画八大家》。
2013 年与刘大为、范曾、吴冠中等入编出版《中国当代艺术巨匠》。
2013 年与刘大为、范曾、靳尚谊等入编出版《民族国粹、20 名顶级艺术大师》。
2013 年与沈鹏、欧阳中石、刘文西、冯远入编出版《中国艺术大家》《刘大为题词》国礼珍藏册出版工程。
2013 年张大千、李可染、齐白石、徐悲鸿等大师入编出版《中国艺术百年》，《中国艺术百年》将由中国国家图书馆、美国国会图书馆、大英图书馆、俄罗斯国立图书馆、莱比锡图书馆、哈佛大学图书馆收藏。
2013 年参加由世界收藏家协会，世界艺术家协会，中华人民共和国文化艺术组委会组织的 2013 巴黎世界艺术大展，荣获最高奖项“国际艺术金奖”。
2014 年 9 月获美国纽约《世界艺术盛典》授予的美术界最高荣誉《世界艺术之星》奖，同时被评为“世界一级美术家”的称号。
2014 年 9 月被联合国最高艺术研究院评定《世纪之光》为“联合国 艺术珍品”大奖，同时被英国文化协会评定为全球特级书画之王称号。
2018 年 4 月被世界文艺家企业家交流中心授予《新时代人民艺术家》荣誉称号。柏光林先生的作品多以山水、人物、动物较为突出，尤以虎画具长，画作曾获名家高度赞赏，陆俨少、林散之、张仃多由题跋，曾与陆俨少合作双虎图、虎啸图、曾出访过美国、南美多国、欧洲多国、亚洲多国，创作一批很有特色的水墨画作品、《奥运圣火》由原国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇先生收藏，先后于北京、江苏、深圳、珠海、香港、美国举办画展、出版画集，中央电视台、江苏、珠海、南京电视台先后摄制报道。
Bai Guanglin, courtesy name Jingcheng, was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, in December 1938.He is currently a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the China Collectors Association, a nationally certified First-Class Fine Artist, an officially enrolled painter on the National First-Class Fine Artist Network, and a registered painter with the National Copyright Administration.
He has been awarded the titles of Distinguished Master of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting and National First-Class Master of Arts and Crafts.
He also serves as an academician of China Traditional Chinese Painting Academy, Executive Vice President of the United Nations International Artists Association, Global Chief Vice President of the British Cultural Association, Honorary Academician of the Royal Academy of Arts, UK.
In addition, he holds the positions of Curator of China Digital Art Museum and Full-time Vice Chairman of China Calligraphy and Painting Masters Research Association.
In 2012, he was included in the compiled book Three Masters of Art together with Liu Dawei and Fan Zeng.
In 2013, he was compiled into Eight Great Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters alongside Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Huang Yongyu and other masters.
In 2013, he was featured in Great Masters of Contemporary Chinese Art with Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Wu Guanzhong and others.
In 2013, he was included in National Quintessence: Top 20 Grand Art Masters together with Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Jin Shangyi and other artists.
In 2013, he was compiled into Masters of Chinese Art under the National Ceremony Collection Album Publishing Project, together with Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, Liu Wenxi and Feng Yuan, with an inscription by Liu Dawei.
In 2013, he was selected into the centennial art album A Century of Chinese Art, alongside such grand masters as Zhang Daqian, Li Keran, Qi Baishi and Xu Beihong. This album has been permanently collected by the National Library of China, the Library of Congress of the United States, the British Library, the Russian State Library, the Leipzig Library and Harvard University Library.
In 2013, he participated in the 2013 Paris World Art Exhibition organized by the World Collectors Association, the World Artists Association and the China Culture and Art Organizing Committee, and was awarded the highest honor — the International Art Gold Medal.
In September 2014, he was conferred the highest fine arts honor World Art Star by the World Art Gala held in New York, USA, and simultaneously titled World First-Class Artist.
Also in September 2014, his work Light of the Century was awarded the UN Art Treasure Grand Prize by the United Nations Supreme Art Research Institute. Meanwhile, he was rated as the Global Supreme King of Calligraphy and Painting by the British Cultural Association.
In April 2018, he was awarded the honorary title People’s Artist of the New Era by the World Literary, Artistic and Entrepreneur Exchange Center.
Mr. Bai Guanglin excels in landscape, figure and animal paintings, and is especially renowned for his tiger paintings. His works have won high praise from renowned artists. Lu Yanshao, Lin Sanzhi and Zhang Ding have inscribed postscripts for his paintings. He once collaborated with Lu Yanshao on Double Tiger Painting and Tiger Roaring Painting.
He has visited and created works in the United States, multiple South American, European and Asian countries, producing a number of distinctive Chinese ink wash paintings. His representative work Olympic Sacred Flame is collected by Juan Antonio Samaranch, former President of the International Olympic Committee.
He has held art exhibitions and published painting albums in Beijing, Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong and the United States. His artistic achievements have been featured in special reports by CCTV, Jiangsu TV, Zhuhai TV and Nanjing TV.
